Rachid Et-Taïbi is an expert and influencer in Diversity & Inclusivity. His own background saw him face many challenges as an immigrant to Europe from Morocco, ultimately finding success as a business leader and investor. He has seen first-hand the impact of inequality both on individuals and in business.
Today he draws on this experience to inspire those who dare to think deeper and forge a better future, while helping organisations to shape their D&I policy in the most effective way possible.
Rachid asked Boil® to help grow his personal brand connecting all his endeavours as an entrepreneur. He needed an inspiring storyline and recognisable branding for his activities as influencer and keynote speaker.
Boil® created the story ‘Make everyone matter’ describing how personnel are in fact enriching companies, making them stronger. We designed a logo implying we are all equal and created a brand universe using a lot of vibrant colours.

We helped Rachid with the development of a quality label for companies that excel in diversity and inclusion. We advised on the approach of the offering, the naming of the program and design of the label itself.
