
Agoria is Belgium's largest technology federation, representing over 2,200 companies across manufacturing, digital, and telecom - united by the belief that technology drives progress. Despite its scale, the organisation faced a clear challenge: fragmented member communication, low awareness of its full offer, and a digital landscape where the value of belonging wasn't landing. Boil Agency was brought in to change that. Working from a deep analysis of the Belgian tech market - rising regulation, talent shortages, and slowing ICT growth - we identified a core strategic truth: Agoria's members don't just adapt to the future, they build it. That insight became Shape the Future: a campaign strategy built around a single red thread, designed to turn a federation into a movement.
