Boil Agency Partners with Smartbox Group to Create
a New Challenger Brand
for Gen Z

Antwerp, Belgium – Boil Agency has been selected by Bongo, part of the Smartbox Group, to create an entirely new consumer brand aimed at redefining how the next generation discovers and books experiences.
The project is currently in development, with Boil working closely alongside the Smartbox Group team to build the brand from the ground up. Rather than refreshing an existing proposition, the ambition is to create an entirely new challenger brand designed specifically for a Gen Z audience.
Boil’s scope covers every stage of the brand creation process, including brand strategy, naming, brand identity, go-to-market strategy, and the launch campaign.
As the experience economy continues to evolve, younger consumers are looking for brands that feel authentic, culturally relevant, and built around the way they discover and share experiences. The new brand is being developed to meet those expectations while bringing a fresh perspective to the experience booking market.
